Is anyone watching anything good on Netflix?
I am currently watching the miniseries Shaka Zulu, and find it fascinating. That man was a military genius.

Just started Penny Dreadful. Watched The Last Kingdom the past two weeks. Waiting for next season of Longmire. The Black List is entertaining. Binge watched Breaking Bad last year.

I enjoy (cough) orange is the new black.
Daredevil was mostly really good.
New Series 'Stranger Things' is (so far) an extended and more sinister version of ET drowning in 80's movie references -

I have now watched 2 of 3 episodes of Road to Victory, which gives a tour of the D-Day beaches, Market Garden, and the Battle of the Bulge. Highly recommended if you're interested in a close look at those battles.

Black Mirror -
a series by a British satirist that explores futureshock and dystopian (mostly) outcomes of current trends - stuff like social media taking over society (like properly) or what if a chip recorded everything you saw and you could play back at will.
Other episodes feature a gameshow that tortures paedophiles and VR heaven.

Netflix recently added a number of propaganda movies and documentaries about WWII produced during the war. A couple of them that I found interesting were San Pietro and Report from the Aleutians.
Others on my list: The Memphis Belle Tunisian victory Why we fight: The battle of Russia Five came back (2017 documentary about top Hollywood directors who joined the war effort)
